Snow Day Make Up Options

Make up opportunities:  
Our classes meeting December 8-10, January 7, 20, and 25 (evening only) were affected by the inclement weather resulting in Waukee school closing or dismissing early. Our policy is to follow the decision made by the Waukee District.  The primary goal is to keep everyone safe.  We are offering “make-up” opportunities for those affected.  
There are 3 options to make up the missed sessions.
1 - Check the following make-up times – Saturday options: February 13 and March 13, must be signed up for – there are sheets on the desk or you can email Chris at chrisjacobs04@msn.com. We need to know how many gymnasts to plan for accordingly with enough staff. 
2 – If the Saturdays will not work with your schedule – scroll further down, then check with me regarding making up on an alternate day/evening.  Space is limited and must be confirmed in advance.
3- You are not required to make up the lesson missed. I feel it is only fair to offer,  since you did pay for the lesson and I know everyone hates to miss their time in the gym.  I will do my best to be flexible and schedule later in spring if necessary. 

Make up times -

Saturday March 13
Beginner levels – Noon-1:00 PM
Intermediate 1,2,3, – Noon – 1:00 PM
Intermediate1,2,3, – 1:00-2:00 PM
Advanced   Noon-1:30 AM

Alternate make up times – must be confirmed by Chris
3 year old classes – Tuesday 11, Th. 11, Tuesday 5:15
Beginners – Tuesday 12:45, Monday 4:30, Tuesday  4:15,  Thurs 4:15
Intermediate 1 and 2 –  Th 4:30
Intermediate 3 - Monday 4:00, Monday 6
Advanced -  Wed 4
House Team – Sat. 11-1 (check with Chris first - schedule is spotty due to competitions), Wed. 4-6
