Fall Registration 2009

Early Registration was available to all Summer Families - July 1-10. Now, registration is open to everyone.
Consider registering soon - classes do fill up quickly!
New this year - more class levels offered at the same time. For example, when you see "Beginner 1, 2" we will split into sub groups, with separate coaches, but offer these groups at the same time for your convenience.
If a class is listed as FULL - please choose another class - but mention it in the email so you can also be placed on a waiting list for that class.

To simplify registration this year - please follow the 4 simple steps below.
1. Check class level and look over your choices below.
2. Email Chris at chrisjacobs04@msn.com to inquire about the class availability - please include gymnast's name, age, current class day and time (or last spring's day/time class). First and second preferences are helpful! I will confirm the class is available ASAP. After receiving a confirmation via email - if for some reason you do not get a response within 3 days (not including weekends)- please try again or call 987-0310.
3. After receiving a confirmation via email, print a new registration form (insurance requirement) from the link: http://www.jacobsgymnastics.com/Registration%20sheet%203.pdf
Fill it out and bring it in, or mail it to: Jacobs Gymnastics, 75 NE Venture Drive, Suite A, Waukee, IA 50263.
4. Enclose Fall payment as advised in the reply/confirmed email from Chris. We accept cash or checks only.
Please print your gymnast's name on the "memo" of the check.
Lessons this fall will be $45/month for an hour lesson.
Advanced (90 minute) classes are $65/month
House Team (2 hour) classes are $85/month
AmeriKids Team (4 hours) practices are $160/month + $25 yearly registration
You will still receive a family discount of $10 for multiple classes.
Registration fees are due in September each year. $20 for all classes, except AmeriKids team level - $25.
These rates do reflect a few small increases necessary to the increasing costs of business. We still offer a great value in comparison with area gymnastics rates and other youth sports. We want to continue to offer the best gymnastics program to our families, emphasizing fun, safety and positive learning experiences for all gymnasts.

If you are still unsure, email me and I'll be happy to discuss it with you!
