Celebrate your child’s birthday with a 
Birthday Party at Jacobs Gymnastics!

We supply an hour’s worth of fun in the gym- tumbling, trampoline, vault, beam, bars, and fun gymnastics' games and age appropriate activities! The next 30 minutes is spent in the lobby area enjoying treats and opening presents. The total party time is 90 minutes. We supply table and chairs, tablecloth and fun for the party! Parents supply treats (cake, cupcakes, drinks, favors, whatever you like!) We take care of all clean-up afterwards!

Cost for private party is $99 which includes up to 7 kids. Each additional child is an additional charge of $8. Minimum charge of $99 applies. Party times vary - see Chris to schedule a party time! Fun for all ages! Guests do not need any gymnastics' background or skills! 

Birthday Party Guidelines

General Information
The party will be booked for 90 minutes. The gym will be available 15 minutes before scheduled start time. The first 60 minutes will be spent in the gym. Parents are welcome to take videos or snap pictures. This time can also be used to set up the treat table. A tablecloth will be provided by Jacobs Gymnastics. Parents will provide treats (cake, cupcakes, drinks- juice boxes work well, minimize spills- whatever treats parents wish to have available.) Also, balloons and gift bags (if desired) are the parents responsibility.

After a fun 1 hour lesson, the parents take over with treats in the lobby and opening presents (if desired) or whatever other activities parents wish to have in the lobby. Returning to the gym is not an option as it is difficult to supervise and ensure safety. Guests should be picked up promptly at the end time of the party. We expect a 15 minute time frame to load up after the party’s end time. Additional charge of $10 (per 15 minutes) will apply if this is exceeded

Rates
Minimum charge: $99, which includes 7 participants. Each additional guest at the party (over 7 children) will add $8 per child to total cost. A non-refundable deposit of $15 (paid at the time of scheduling) reserves your party time. This fee is applied to the total cost of party, unless the party is canceled, which the deposit is non-refundable.

Clothing Required
Participants must wear a leotard or elastic waist shorts with t-shirts for safety. Socks or bare feet.

** To schedule your child’s party, talk to Chris or Amy.  Parties are not scheduled during regular class times. The gym will be vacant during the party. If you would like references or have additional questions, we will be happy to accommodate you.
